With Liz's extensive background in professional education, mentorship has always been an important part of L Studio.
But we also believe education should be collaborative.
Our stylists have a voice in what they want to learn and how they want to grow. Want to work on a specific technique? Request it. Have an outside educator you've been dying to learn from? Let's talk about bringing them in. Want to attend an outside class with your team? We'll help make it happen. Have a topic you're passionate about? You can even design and teach a class yourself.
We provide quarterly team education, along with weekly in-house training for those who want additional education and hands-on support.
Whether you're looking to sharpen a technical skill, expand your specialty, become more confident behind the chair, or eventually educate others, we want you to have an active role in shaping your education.
You shouldn't have to wait for someone else to decide what you need to learn.

Our current priority is an established stylist with an existing full or partial clientele.
As our team continues to grow, we're especially looking for an experienced artist who is ready to bring their expertise and existing clientele into an elevated, education-driven salon environment—and continue building from there.

We're always open to meeting exceptional talent.
We currently have several artists who are actively building their clientele, so our immediate focus is on adding an established stylist to complement the current team. That said, if you feel strongly aligned with our culture and vision, don't hesitate to introduce yourself. The right person at the right time is always worth a conversation.
