CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY—At L Studio, we value your time—and ours! We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up unexpetedly. All we ask is for open communication so we can best accommodate you and our other guests.

To reserve your appointment, we kindly require billing information to be kept on file.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

For extension services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

If this policy is violated multiple times, we will require a deposit to reserve any future appointments.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us run smoothly and respectfully for all.

PRICING & REFUNDS—Our prices reflect our team’s experience, the time dedicated to your service, and the professional products we use. We value our work and our clients, and we strive to deliver exceptional results.

If there’s anything you don’t love about your cut or color, please reach out within 7 days of your visit. If the result does not align with what was discussed in your consultation, we’ll gladly make adjustments at no additional cost.

However, if you’ve had a change of heart (for example, deciding to go lighter or darker after your service is complete), additional product and time will be required—and will be priced accordingly.

We strongly encourage booking a complimentary consultation before your appointment to ensure your stylist, service, and budget are the right fit for your goals.

Refunds are not offered on services, gift cards, or retail purchases, and we are unable to accept product exchanges.
